Making notes

The grapes of the 2018 vintage were collected by hand. After the passage through a selection table, they scolded and pressed gently. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks with autochthonous yeasts. For nine months, the wine remained in the same deposits on its lias and other developments in Fudre and Barrel. He was bottled in August 2019.

Climatología

An extraordinary climatic year. After a 2017 end in climatology, 2018 favored a rapid recovery of our vineyard. The beginning of the year was marked by two major snowfall cold in January. The rains were abundantesdurante whole cycle, even before the onset of spring. Finally, the temperature did not drop too much and damage occurred. July and August were warm and dry months, allowing an excellent sanitary state of the vineyard. The vintage began on September 20 with a maturity and an optimal health status and developed with warm temperatures and with the absence of rains until completion on October 10.
