Description of PINC Clarete
Pinc Clarete 2019 is produced by Wineries Luis Erre. A family winery located in Lanciego that produces honest and direct Riojas thanks to a simply spectacular raw material. Its claret is a commitment to the tradition of co-fermenting red and white varieties to achieve more refreshing rosés with a spark of acidity that sometimes traditional bleed rosés do not achieve. A fantastic wine when the thermometer is pressed, and which is worn as a vice with pastas, salads and Asian and Nikkei fusion food, and above all with beach/pool moments and good company.
