The increasingly difficult weather conditions, however, led us to our best vintage of TABUCA so far and presents us with a lightly layered wine, subtle and precise on the nose, with abundant citrus notes of tangerine peel, orange blossom and pomegranate juice, with fine essences that transport us to Mediterranean high altitude forests, with aromas of rosemary, rockrose and lavender.
The palate is fresh, round, balanced and lively and is a clear reflection of a people with a unique personality.
