Description of Gin Finsbury Platinum

  This is a Super Premium gin, London Dry of 47.0% alc. / vol., obtained by six fold traditional distillation, with a single copper still over a hundred years old. It is used to obtain the alcohol, grain of corn. The formula of botanists used, dates from 1740, is kept secret by the different owners. The result is a fresh and harmonized gin to the smell, being perceived in mouth the juniper and the coriander especially, besides citrus and floral notes. It is presented in a 70 cl. paper-labeled, transparent, cylindrical bottle with curved shoulders. It was awarded the gold medal at the IWSC 2006.
