Description of Gin Finsbury Platinum

  This is a Super Premium gin, London Dry of 47.0% alc. / vol., obtained by six fold traditional distillation, with a single copper still over a hundred years old. It is used to obtain the alcohol, grain of corn.The formula of botanists used, dates from 1740, is kept secret by the different owners.The result is a fresh and harmonized gin to the smell, being perceived in mouth the juniper and the coriander especially, besides citrus and floral notes.It is presented in a 70 cl. paper-labeled, transparent, cylindrical bottle with curved shoulders. It was awarded the gold medal at the IWSC 2006.
