10-year-old vineyards with an average performance of 3000 kg / ha. Minute work of exposure, insoliation and balance of plant vigor to obtain bunches of berry media.

Making notes

Upcalled and not squeezed grape. Fermentation in open stainless steel deposits for 20-25 days at 28ºC. The bazuche technique is worked to avoid excessive extractions and breakage of the skin. The work of the grape is delicate and precise.
