Notas del Viñedo

The terraces of the plot of Anejón welcome the Valley of Carraovejas. It is a strong sun-to-minded, with privileged views of Peñafiel Castle. Here we practice a very characteristic viticulture, in one of the ES - examples of vineyards on terraces that exist in D.O. Ribera del Duero. The soils of the Bancal Straits are very compact Franco-Capital Texture. The presence of calcareous salts of white tonality contributes, along with other factors, to contribute a distinctive minerality to our bottles.

Making notes

Vintage manual in small boxes after an exhaustive follow-up during the maturation cycle and after a first selection in the vineyard. The grape went through a cold chamber and a selection table and entered the warehouse by gravity. He fermented in small tubs to enhance the characteristics of the origin and the vintage. We seek that our identity is the conductive thread of our bottles. We passed the wine by gravity to new French oak barrels of extrafine grain. In them perma - he was 12 months old. This crop 2015 of annejón was bottled in the spring of 2017

Climatología

Long winters, cold and humid and short summers, very hot very hot.
