Description of Luis Cañas Blanco Viñas Viejas
Luis Cañas Old Vines is a white wine produced by the Luis Cañas winery in La Rioja, a long-standing specialist in this region. It is made from Viura grapes -about 85%- and Malvasía grapes, all of them coming from old vineyards over 50 years old. Ageing lasts a total of 3 months and is done on its lees, resulting in a full-bodied wine. We recommend pairing it with fish in all its forms, from fish rice dishes to blue fish or grilled white fish.
