Description of Larrosa Rosé
Larrosa Rosé 2019 is made 100% with Garnacha from Rioja Alavesa grapes from high altitude vineyards planted in the 1960s. A selection with yields of only 5,000 kg/ha that seeks to produce one of the most precise Rioja Garnacha rosés. A simple and careful elaboration with a slight de-stemming and squeezing that results in a light rosé with a great fruitiness and a refreshing acidity. Perfect to be paired with cold starters, raw fish cuts and all kinds of Asian fusion food.
