Description of Jacques Lassaigne Clos Sainte Sophie
Jacques Lassaigne Clos Saint Sophie 2013 is the house's favourite single vineyard champagne. The vineyard from which the grapes come, the Clos Saint Sophie, of only 0.4 hectares planted in the 1960s, is one of the most interesting in the region. A very limited number of bottles of the cuvée are produced and it is always a champagne millesimée. Emmanuel Lassaigne ages the cuvées in different barrels of Burgundy, Jura and Cognac.
An essential wine for the lovers of the small vigneron of Champagne.
