Nota de CataTasting notes

Medium cherry red ruby edge.

The nose is notable for the strong expression of red fruits: raspberry, cranberry, red and mint plum, with hints of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, licorice and white pepper.

Impressed by the freshness at its entrance in the mouth, balanced, with good acidity, smooth, with flavors of red fruits very marked tannin. In the aftertaste, its fruity and balsamic notes of wood give a long and pleasant finish.

Making notes

The processing method has been the traditional border of marking, smooth squeezing and rear covered in deposits. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines performed the malolactic fermentation naturally for three months with a removal of weekly lias to provide the wine of greater unctuousness. The aging began in January 2017 in new American oak barrels (60%) and French two-wire oak (40%) for 16 months. This wine was evident three times by the traditional method and was bottled in May 2018.
