Selection and scoring the grapes. The technical facilities of Laurent- Perrier, are expected especially to provide a perfect domain of the maceration phase that lasts three days and allows to extract the color and save all the aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. Unlike most pink champagnes, the base of it is obtained by the process called "Saignée" (bleeding) and not only by the mix of red wines and white wines. Aging is minimum of four years.Climatología
