Description of Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvee

Bollinger Special Cuvée is a blend of wines from different vintages, mostly from the current vintage, to which small quantities of wine from previous vintages are added, as well as a small but significant dose of reserve wine (5-10%) to ensure the consistency of the whole, reserve wines that Bollinger keeps. Spécial Cuvée contains only 7 to 9 grams of sugar per liter added. Aged for a minimum of 36 months before disgorgement.
