Making notes

A preterior maceration is performed for 6 days at a temperature of 10 ° C. The fermentation temperature was allowed to reach up to 26ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in maceration with the boles for 15 days. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in a deposit. 12-month aging in American oak barrels originally from Kentucky forests.
