Jinzu

British gin inspired by Japanese culture

Jinzu is a British gin, made by Diageo from an idea of the British bartender Dee Davies, which is characterised by being made with sake and other Japanese or Japanese-inspired botanicals.

Specifically, this gin uses the aforementioned Japanese rice-based liquor, sake, and botanicals such as cherry blossom, coriander and yuzu, the latter an unmistakable Asian citrus fruit.
