Averna Amaro

Amaro Averna is a popular Italian bitter liqueur produced in a still with natural ingredients from an original 1868 recipe invented by Salvatore Averna. Herbs, roots, and citrus peels are allowed to mix into a liqueur base before caramel is added. Averna is sweet, thick and has a mild herbal bitterness.
