Vineyard on the breath, with a cord pruning at three thumbs by arm and two buds per thumb. Strains with 12 years of age on deep and well-drained clay-drained floors.

Making notes

It vintage (mechanized) the grape in aromatic window of fresh fruit. Fermentation and maceration of 4 days to extract all color and anthocyanos. Bleeding and continuation of fermentation without smooth temperature (24ºC).
