Description of Grand Cuvee Enzo Rose

Chateau Hermitage Saint Martin is located in La Londe, a few kilometers from Toulon, in the heart of the Cotes de Provence region. Cuvee Enzo is the favourite rosé of its winemaker, Enzo Fayard. For this cuvee he works exclusively with organic grapes and produces a very limited quantity of bottles. A classic Provençal rosé with a value for money that is hard to beat. In addition to the classic citrus and fruit notes, this wine is accompanied by mineral notes that make it even more suitable for pairing with seafood and rice dishes.
