Description of Roda Reserva

Roda is the flagship of Bodegas Roda. A Tempranillo complemented with 9% Graciano and 6% Garnacha, aged in French oak for 14 months, and which does not see the light of day before 30 months of bottle ageing. It is a strong wine, with the typical identity of the winery and the area, elegance and freshness, which has taken the name of the winery to the podiums in all the rankings of La Rioja. Fantastic with spoon dishes, red meats and concentrated fish and seafood. One of the Rioja houses that best balances fruit and wood in a category between classic and modern that is difficult to achieve.

The vineyard of Roda is located in the confluence area of the Iberian system and the Sierra de Cantabria, in the Obarenes mountains. Old strains of Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha cultivated in the absence of systemics.
