Grape from the vineyard of Torresalas. These are plots planted with an E-O orientation, with which it is possible to avoid overexploitation to the grape sun during the warmer hours of the day. Driven by high backing of unilateral Royat cord. Drip controlled irrigation, with a plantation density of 4.115 strains / ha and a production of 8,000 kg / ha. High average vigor soils whose production is regulated with the use of natural vegetable covers.

Making notes

The whole grape goes through a selection table. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature between 26th and 28 ° C. Malolactic fermentation is done in cement deposits.
