Look

High intensity, straw yellow in the center of the cup, turning bright yellow with greenish edges. Lively, clean, bright and clear.

Smell

Wine complex where citrus fruits predominate as lemon and orange peel and hints of exotic fruit (pear and mango), accompanied by notes of balsamic character like peppermint and honey. The aftertaste reminds lightly toasted nuts such as almond and hazelnut, white pepper and minerals strokes.

Taste

very friendly, glycerine and half sweetness entrance. In the center of the palate is creamy, fresh and fatty. The finish is very persistent and great balance.
