Description of El Niño De Campillo

El Niño de Campillo of Campillo winery, is a red wine with D. O. Rioja made from Graciano and Tempranillo. The grapes are manually harvested, in order to obtain entire grapes when they arrive at the winery. After being destemmed, the berries are placed in the vinification tanks, where carbonic semi-maceration is carried out, thus achieving distinction and subtlety.

In Bodegas Campillo Viñedo and Warehouse are united, an open cellar to an exceptional vineyard. Bodegas Campillo is one of the few examples in Rioja del Model Chateau. Surrounded by 50 hectares of vineyard, and wrapped by Sierra Cantabria, Bodegas Campillo is located in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, in the medieval village of Laguardia.

Covered in deposits of 30,000 kilograms in which it carries out controlled fermentation and subsequent maceration for 14 days. Minimum aging of 6 months in American oak barrel
