Description of CM de Carlos Moro
CM is a wine eleboprated by Carlos Moro, creator of Wineries Matarromera. CM comes from 3 very specific vineyards of more than 50 years at the foot of Mount Toloño in San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
Manual harvest, traditional elaboration and ageing for 12 months in French and American oak barrels of fine grain, to achieve a particularly subtle, fresh and gastronomic Rioja.
