Smell

Fina and gourmand, with hints of white flowers, pear and ripe quince, which are mixed with the aromas from aging with lees, pastries, jams and creamy aromas provided by the aging in French oak.

Taste

Entry body and volume. Envelops the mouth and marks its tannic, giving a sense of weight. It is complex with hints of flowers, white fruits and mature bone, interspersed with pastry and yeast flavors. The finish is creamy and long, leaving a feeling of cleanliness.

Beberás de la copa de tu hermana (You will drink from your sister's glass) is a young white wine belonging to the Denomination of Origin Valencia made by Fil loxera & Cía wineries. For this bottle, the winery has used a blend of 60% Macabeo grape and 40% Malvasía grape. It has a fairly tight production, since only 1068 bottles are produced .
