Description of Pommery Apanage Brut
Apanage is made with 30% pinot noir and 25% more with the remaining 45% chardonnay. The main difference between Brut Royale and this beautifully designed Apanage is a longer time on the lees, 3.5 years longer. The dosage is between 8-9 g l of residual sugar . It is rich, flavorful with cookies, toast and red apple nuances, ripe citrus and some gingerbread spices. . Enjoy a great champagne.
