Description of Ulula

This wine, made mainly with Grenache and a touch of Syrah, has the characteristics of the wild and stony terrain from which it comes, the climate of Cariñena and the work of many people who manage to get the best out of the vineyard, even taking into account these conditions. ULULA is the result of all this, a young wine, fresh and happy, with an ageing in oak barrels for three months on white wine lees, using the technique of "batonage".
