Description of Cinco Jotas Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Presa Ibérica Sliced
This is the piece found at the head of the loin next to the shoulder of 100% Iberian pigs reared in the wild in the pasture. It comes from an animal fed exclusively on acorns and is on a par with the best Iberian loins and even hams. A piece less fatty and with a characteristic marbling that leaves no one indifferent. Presentation in slices of 80 gr vacuum packed.
