Description of Flor de Vetus

Flor de Vetus 17 is the youngest wine of Wineries Vetus from the 20 hectares that make up the Vetus estate. It is a perfect wine to access the identity of the wines of Toro, with more fluidity, more accessibility than many of their congeners. The elaboration is simple, destemming and partial crushing, fermentation in stainless steel and aging for 9 months in Bordeaux barrels of French and American oak. on the nose it is presented with a lot of ripe fruit, and as we taste it, toasted notes, pepper and liquorice appear. It is a very all-round wine, suitable for mixing with different mouthfuls, so it works especially with tapas, sausages and a guarantee with meat in BBQ.
