Notas del Viñedo

The grapes of the Tempranillo Varieties and Cabernet Sauvignon with which this wine is elaborated belonged by 80% to the vineyard, the oldest of our NCA the plant; grown at 911 meters of altitude in clay-calcareous soils, with the rocky rock limestone to one meter of the Super Cie, together a 20% grape from centenary vineyards of rolled and sandy floors, from the Zonade Province of Burgos .

Making notes

At the beginning of October, arriving at the optimal point of maturation, the clusters were harvested in boxes of 15kg, then passed through an optical selection table, grain grain, until its gravity covered in stainless steel deposits. Pre-fermentative maceration for several days and further fermentation at a maximum temperature of 26ºC.A aging of 16 months in barrels, where he also made the FML, with 70% French oak and 30% American oak, makes it a balanced wine, fine and subtle.

Climatología

Continental. With strong thermal oscillations between day and night and also between summer and winter.
