Enate is one of the leading and driving wineries in the Somontano area of Aragon. A historic winery with decades of experience working the vineyards in the Barbastro area and managing to perfect the identity of its reds with Bordeaux varieties and probably some of the best whites in Aragon.

Description of Enate Tapas

Enate Tapas is a red wine with D. O. Somontano produced by Enate Winery, one of the most characteristic wineries houses in the area. Enate Tapas is a versatile wine, with a wide gastronomic game, which allows us to pair it with a wide variety of dishes, from soft meats to sausages, mushrooms or pasta dishes with meat sauce. It is very rich in nuances, with the presence of red fruits and notes of strawberry caramel and liquorice. All the pictures on the front of the Enate Winery label are created by an illustrated artist. In this case, the artist illustrating the Enate Tapas label is Dani García-Nieto.

Notas del Viñedo

The winery vineyard, some 500 own hectares, is divided by the municipalities of High Salas, Low Salas, Creenzán and Basbastro. Located about 600 meters of altitude on little fertile limestone floors.

Making notes

The vintage is manual in boxes, once the grapes are deployed and squeezed. The must ferment in stainless steel deposits at 24 ° C. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is clarified and stabilized. It is bottled without breeding to preserve all its youth.
