CVNE

Compañia Vitivinicola del Norte de España was founded in 1879 in the Haro station district. With more than 500 hectares of its own vineyards in the Rioja Alta and Alavesa subzones and pioneers in many areas of Rioja wine. Commercial brands such as Viña Real, Imperial or Monopole are hidden under the CVNE umbrella.

Cune Rosado is a rosé wine from D. O. La Rioja produced by the Cune winery. This wine is a monovarietal from Tempranillo. Cune Rosado is a young wine which does not undergo aging, a wine with a sweet entry and a smooth passage on the palate.

CVNE controls around 545 hectares located in the subzones of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. The vineyards of the high rioja, from which the grape come for the wines of this winery, are characterized by being clayed soils - calcareous, clay-ferrous and allovers.

Making notes

Vintage Manual of Tempranillo Grapes and Encase in stainless steel deposit where applying low temperatures, fermentation is initially avoided. The must, already with a pink tone, is bleeding between 24 and 48 hours after the conceance, when we determine what color is adequate. Fermentation is developed in a liquid phase with a temperature controlled between 16 and 18ºC to maintain the aromas and fruit that characterize this wine.
