Descripción de Cune Maceracion CarbonicaDescription of Cune Maceracion Carbonica

Cune's first bet on the traditional carbonic maceration method. This century-old method of winemaking consists in the fermentation of the whole bunches without removing the grapes from the stems. In this way it is achieved that with the own weight of the grapes in the tank, these are broken and the must is generated. This must in contact with the yeasts contained in the skin causes the fermentation, which at the same time generates carbon dioxide gas. These wines, including the Cune Maceración Carbónica, have a fresh and explosively fruity style, something that young Spaniards love. The recommended pairing with this type of wine is pasta, pizza, stews and barbecues. A perfect wine and very demanded nowadays for young people.
