AT Roca

In the Ordal area, Agusti Torello Sibill, together with his son Agusti Torello Roca in 2012, undertook a project aimed at producing great sparkling wines focused on the landscape. Wines with a singular capacity to bottle a territory marked by a vineyard worked in the most respectful way on the characteristic calcareous soils of the area. Precision and identity, incredible wines.

Tasting notes

Look

Clean and bright, it has a pale yellow color with gold again.

Smell

The nose is clean, frank and elegant with floral aromas, white fruit and vine peach.

Taste

The palate is very balanced: to the attack is slightly sweet and fresh with a good acidity that gives nerve and freshness. Step in the mouth is wide, creamy and tasty, in perfect harmony with fruity aromas, which highlights again the floral notes flower gambling, fresh fruit and salt notes. Long and pleasant aftertaste which highlights the minerality.

Description of Costers White Wine

Costers White Wine is one of the still wines produced at AT Roca. It is a bottled, faithful representation of the landscape of the Garraf Massif and the Costers del Ordal area. Its blend, led by 60% Macabeo and complemented by 30% Malvasia de Sitges and 10% Xarelo, perfectly exemplifies the smell and taste of the area. A refreshing and mineral wine thanks to the macabeo with an aromatic contribution from the terpenic part of the Malvasia de Sitges that makes it fragrant and difficult to forget without being tiring or cloying. A perfect wine for an aperitif, and one that works wonderfully with Asian cuisine.
