Description of Roger Goulart Brut Reserva
Roger Goulart Brut Reserve is a young cava despite having more than 18 months of breeding. In it we try to preserve the freshness and youth of the wines bases with which it is elaborated with a slight note of upbringing provided by the yeast during the period of permanence in the cellar. It presents a pale yellow color with a good release of fine bubbles, clearly fruity aroma and light notes of yeast. On the palate it is very fresh, with a slight sweet spot that makes it very pleasant, intense and persistent.
