The Winery

San Román

Since 1997, San Román has 130 hectares of vineyards in Toro, mostly planted with the red variety of Toro and Garnacha.

From the very beginning, they opted for the pebble and sandy soils of San Román de Hornija and Villaester to give shape to a new project in these lands of Toro, with the aim of extracting the tremendous potential of the soil and the particular expression of a historic red wine region.

Wines that show the characteristics of a region with an extreme continental climate, minimum levels of rainfall, abundant hours of sunshine and strong day-night temperature contrasts.
