Description of Cuevas De Arom Os Cantals
Cuevas de Arom is the new project of Wineries Frontonio in Ainzón, Zaragoza. Here Fernando, Mario and Francisco, vinify old garnachas in the traditional way, recreating the atmosphere of the caves of Ainzón, which was where it was produced in the past. For this they have cement deposits under the Santo Cristo de Ainzón Cooperative, in order to make the aging of their wines, with lower temperatures and thus less oxidation.
