The nose shows complex, highlighting the black fruit and floral notes, balsamic and scrubland.

Taste

Strongly evokes the typical characteristics of the area through its floral notes and a vibrant acidity, the result of the altitude at which these ancient vineyards are located between the mountains of the Castilian plateau.

Vineyards of more than 45 years located in the municipality of La Aguilera at an altitude of 820 meters. Located on slopes and terraces with several orientations, surrounded by Low Monte, pines and Encinas. Frank soils clay-sandy and clay franc.

Vintage manual in boxes of 11 kg. Pre-fermentative pre-fermentative chamber (5ºC) to enhance the expression of the fruit in the wine. Rate by double selection table. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel deposits. Malolactic barrel in barrel.
