Baltasar Gracian is the main range of the cellar. High altitude vineyards with more than 60 years old, different orientations and exceptional soils of slates and gravels that along with the antiquity of its strains, of traditional bearing, produce vintages of exquisite quality. They are located in the hills of the Sierra Santa Cruz with quartzite and blackboard floors.

Making notes

Grape designed and not squeezed, with macerations of one month and delicate traveled work and bazuke. Ring of 12 months in Foudres of French origin and 50hl tubs for a better balance and conservation of Garnacha aromas.
